All is well:

It has taken nearly 8 years to recover from a serious pharmaceutical injury; a side effects syndrome that left me with over a hundred clinical conditions. I now can speak of rebounding, but I was never assured that I would truly recover. Zyprexa is a very dangerous drug, restricted to a very few provider's, Psychiatrist's and Emergency room doctors: State Class Action suits have recovered 2.6 billion dollars for the severe injuries caused by this drug. these were for other conditions, now it is used mainly for manic episodes, I have always been manic, and this drug was forced upon me by the Portland Police, Emanuel Hospital and a Case worke,r who practiced medicine without a license, and forced me to 14 dose of this drug. I would become homeless, mentally incompetent, and suffer 3 strokes, 9 broken bones from the Parkinson's effect, have 6 nervous breakdowns, tried to end my life 3 times and over all, just had one hellacious experience. I would move 17 times over 2 years, from sleeping in a car, or tent, to a few unaffordable motels, and two couches. But I am back, complete, whole and recovered.

When I first discovered my syndrome, it was due to a student who saw my many manic facebook posts., She specialized in this drug's effects and guided me to an undertanding of what had happened. the drug so disturbed my mind, that I had no idea of what was happening to me.I never relinquished my power nor changed my therapeutic principles. When she told me that she would transition with powerful drugs, I chose nature. She has never taken a patient to a drug free status,\; with only 44 different natural therapies, I have arrived. It is very hard to take a patient through this many therapies, but I had not choice. I either lost or I stayed on course.

I had the benefit of two primary doctors taking my case, and accepting visits at no cost. I rarely sought visits, knowing that there was a cost and overhead for their charity. They were always there for me, but I shared their skill sets and education, so I was pretty good at choosing the next course of care. I compounded a number of essential nutrients and herbs into a convenient powdered product that I named "bio-fuel", regaining 40 pounds lost in malabsorption, and it remains as the only therapy that I choose on a daily basis.

I have done product development for three different companies as I maintained my private practice. I taught nutrition and pharmacognosy in medical school, and feel pretty good about my knowledge. So, I am well, and I am choosing this site to share my ideas and advice.
